Pan Fried Noodles

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • Boiled noodles
  • 23 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1.5 cup sliced cabbage
  • 1 cup sliced celery

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • pinch of pepper
  • pinch of sugar

Instructions

  1. Get a medium sized wok, pour the oil in and place over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and fry until fragrant. Add the veggies and fry until wilted.
  3. Now add in the sauce. Mix and add in the noodles.
  4. Mix until combined.
  5. For a crispy bottom, drizzle extra oil on the sides and cover so the bottom gets crispy. Serve hot.
