This recipe for pan fried noodles is fire. It combines my love for noodles and asian food. You can eat these hot or cold they will not disappoint and you’ll be adding this to your monthly if not weekly meal prep. So easy, so kid friendly

Ingredients

- 1 packet of boiled spaghetti 16 oz
- 1 tbsp of neutral oil
- 3 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1.5 cups of sliced cabbage
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 1 green pepper sliced
Sauce
- 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of white sugar
- 1/2 tsp of white pepper
- 2 additional tbsp of oil
Instructions
- Place a medium sized wok over medium high heat
- Pour in the oil and let it heat up
- Fry the garlic till aromatic 1 minute
- Fry all the vegetables till they wilt
- Mix all the sauce ingredients
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables
- Add the noodles to the wok and crank the heat over to high
- Mix noodled in to the vegetable mixture until combined
- Optional but very recommended: If you like the noodles to get a little crispy add the additional 2 tbsp of oil and let the bottom of the noodles crisp up.
- Serve hot with a gravy of choice.
Notes
- You can make the sauce and noodles in advance
- Do not add any oil to the noodles after boiling, the sauce will not stick to them
- You can definitely add some protein in the form of some chicken or some tofu to this dish
