Pan Fried Noodles

- Boiled noodles
- 2–3 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1.5 cup sliced cabbage
- 1 cup sliced celery
Sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- pinch of pepper
- pinch of sugar
Instructions
- Get a medium sized wok, pour the oil in and place over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and fry until fragrant. Add the veggies and fry until wilted.
- Now add in the sauce. Mix and add in the noodles.
- Mix until combined.
- For a crispy bottom, drizzle extra oil on the sides and cover so the bottom gets crispy. Serve hot.
