The reason I call this Weekend Fried Rice is because every now and then, you want to use everything in your fridge in one meal. Nothing like a big rice bowl full of yummies. ⁣

I collaborated with some lovely ladies today, please do go and check out their stories/feed for their recipes. @sherlockmooms @potsncurries @narimanq @faizaonaroll

I  love chili flakes and a big squeeze of lime juice with mine. Saath koi movie – it wasn’t top gun if you were wondering. Although I feel like I’m in the very silent minority that hasn’t seen this movie. Have you seen top gun? Do you think I’ll succumb and watch it this weekend? Lemme know.

Happy weekend my jaanis and jaanus.

Made the weekend fried rice with leftover chicken and of course leftover rice…delicious, quick, easy! Using chopped and/or frozen veggies will make it even quicker.
